addition, it has a second private terrace on the roof of the building with unbeatable views which is accessed from the terrace of the property through a staircase.
It has a magnificent communal swimming pool, overlooking the sea.
During the summer season you will find all the necessary services near the apartment, so you won’t have to take the car
and go into Roses.
However, Roses is just a 5-minute drive from the apartment where you can find a much wider range of leisure and culture activities as well as a variety of
restaurants.

Additional Notes
• A few days before your arrival, you must contact NC to let us know your arrival time and arrange to collect the key.
• NC will send you an application both by email and WhatsApp, in which all guests will have to register and where you can make the remaining payment and/or the payment of the tourist taxes.
• Registration is mandatory and must include the identity documents of all of the guests.
• Tourist tax €1.00 / person (over 16 years of age) / night (maximum of 7 days).
• Tourist tax not included in the price. (The tax charged by the Catalan Government is not included in the price)
• Deposit refund: on the credit card after 24h/48h after checking out.
• The full booking price must be paid for in advance.
