TERMS AND CONDITIONS FIGUERES

1. ACCEPTANCE:

The client accepts the following conditions for the occupation of the tourist apartments for the period, amount and occupants in this contract.

2. USERS:

The person who makes the reservation will be of legal age and will be responsible for ensuring that all information entered is correct.

3. CONFIRMATION:

This document represents the confirmation of the rental reservation for tourist use for the amount and occupant period specified above.

4. EQUIPMENT:

The client assumes responsibility for the maintenance of the apartment, furniture and equipment was at the check-in and agrees to leave it at the check-out in the same condition.

5. CLEANING:

The apartment is clean. The client agrees to leave the apartment in a reasonable clean condition without rubbish or food scraps.

6. OCCUPANTS:

The client will only be able to accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the characteristics of the apartment.

7. TOURIST TAX:

The amount of the reservation will be increased by a tourist tax for a maximum of 7 nights, amount of 1.10 € per person and night free for children under sixteen year old.

8. ENTRANCE:

Check-in at the apartments is from 4pm to 7pm. WE DO NOT HAVE PHYSICAL KEYS. Our apartments function with a PIN code, which means that once all the formalities have been completed, the relevant PIN code of the apartment will be sent.

9. PAYMENT:

For the reservation the customer pays 50% of the whole amount and seven days before the check-in the last 50% (including tourist taxes, and the guarantee).

10. WARRANTY:

NC APARTMENTS asks for a guarantee of 150 € with a credit card. This guarantee is returned upon check-out. Except in case of damage to the apartment, furniture or equipment, even situations of heavy dirt or food scraps. The cost of the cleaning will be deducted from the guarantee.

11. MODIFICATIONS:

We reserve the right to change the contracted apartment for one with similar or superior characteristics in cases of force majeure such as occupations or damage occurring after the date of booking. These changes will represent no cost for the customer.

12. PHOTOGRAPHS:

Photographs on the apartments correspond to a model, it may not necessarily match the actual rented, although all apartments have the same equipment according to their category.

13. CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION.:

The indemnities that will be applied on the deposit made will be the following:

* 10% When the cancellation is made within more than 30 days.

* 50% When the cancellation is made within 30 days or less.

* 100% When the cancellation is made within 7 days or less.

14. SCHEDULE:

* CHECK IN: 16 pm

* CHECK OUT: 11 am

15. DURING YOUR STAY

The following cases may be cause of eviction

No more guests than those registered. If NC APARTMENTS detects that there are more people staying in the apartment than those registered and paid, we will proceed to collect from the deposit the supplements for each person or to the eviction.

It is totally forbidden to have parties in our apartments. It is cause for immediate eviction, and without being able to recover your security deposit.

If your behavior is not appropriate with the NC APARTMENTS staff or with other clients of the building, as well as the misuse of our facilities.

Smoking is prohibited. Smoke-free apartments.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

BREAK HOURS: we ask you to behave appropriately and formally towards the rest of the clients in the building, respecting the resting hours (from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m.) and the rules of the complex.

AIR CONDITIONING: it is advisable to maintain a suitable temperature of 24ºC in order not to harm health. Another key for optimizing the cold is to keep both the curtains and the windows and doors tightly closed.

NATURAL GAS HEATING: it is advisable to maintain a suitable temperature of 23 ºC. To avoid excessive heat losses, it is recommended not to open the windows for more than 10 minutes.

INCIDENTS: if something breaks or damage occurs in the apartment during the stay, you must notify our staff as soon as possible, and never wait for the day of departure.

The management of the establishment is not responsible for any type of valuables inside the apartments.

16.SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR CHILDREN

Cots and high chairs are available for babies up to 2 years old as long as there is availability and a prior reservation is made.The cot has a cost of 15€ / stay.

Children up to 2 years old have free stay, if they use their parents' bed.

Making any reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.

The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the data.

3. CONFIRMATION:

This document represents confirmation of the rental reservation of housing for tourist use for the period, amount and occupants specified above.

4. EQUIPMENT:

The client assumes responsibility for the conservation of the apartment, the furniture and the facilities as they found it upon arrival and undertakes to leave it in the same condition upon departure.

5. CLEANING:

The apartment is made available to the client clean. The client agrees to leave the apartment in reasonable clean conditions without garbage or food remains.

6. OCCUPANTS:

The client will only be able to accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the characteristics of the apartment.

7. TOURIST TAX:

The amount of the reservation will be increased by a tourist tax for the first 7 nights and for an amount of €1.00 / person / night over 16 years of age.

8. ENTRANCE:

The entrance time to the house is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on the first day of stay. The keys to the apartment are delivered in person at the agreed time.

9. PAYMENT:

At the time of formalizing the reservation, the client pays 100% of the reservation.

10. WARRANTY:

NC APARTMENTS charges €300 from your credit card as a guarantee. This deposit will be returned upon departure maximum 24/48 hours after departure, except in the event that there are damages to the apartment, furniture, facilities or even excess dirt or food remains. The cost of this may be deducted from the warranty.

11. MODIFICATIONS:

We reserve the right to change the contracted apartment for one with similar or superior characteristics in case of force majeure such as occupation or damage that occurs after the reservation date. These changes will have no cost to the client.

12. PHOTOGRAPHS:

They correspond to the reserved apartment, and changes may occur in the furniture/decoration.

13. CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION.:

The indemnities that will be applied on the deposit made will be the following:

* 50% when cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival.

If canceled less than 30 days before arrival, nothing is refunded.

14. SCHEDULE:

* CHECK IN: 16 HOURS - 19 HOURS

* CHECK OUT: 10:00 HOURS

15. DURING YOUR STAY

The following cases may be cause for eviction:

There are more guests than registered. If NC APARTMENTS detects that there are more people staying in the apartment than those registered and paid, we will proceed to collect the necessary supplements from the deposit or to evict them.

It is totally prohibited to have parties in our apartments. It is cause for immediate eviction, and without being able to recover your deposit.

If your manners are not correct with the staff of NC APARTMENTS or with other clients of the block, as well as the misuse of our facilities.

Domestic animals: Pets are accepted in all apartments except Canyelles Mar Bajo 0B.

REST HOURS: we ask that you behave appropriately and formally towards the rest of the clients in the block, respecting the rest hours (from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.) and the rules of the complex.

AIR CONDITIONING: it is advisable to maintain an adequate temperature of 24ºC so as not to harm your health.

Another key to optimizing the cold is to keep the curtains, windows and doors tightly closed.

HEATING: it is advisable to maintain an adequate temperature of 21 ºC. To avoid excessive heat loss, it is advisable not to open the windows for more than 10 minutes.

INCIDENTS: if during your stay something breaks or any damage occurs in the apartment, you must notify the company as soon as possible, and never wait until the day of departure.

The management of the establishment is not responsible for any type of valuable object inside the apartments.

16.SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR CHILDREN

Cradles and chairs are available for babies up to 2 years old as long as there is availability and a prior reservation is made. The crib has a cost of €15/stay

Children up to 2 years old stay free if they use their parents' bed.
